• Daily water intake and food intake (including calorie information)
• Sleep duration and step count (synced via Android Health Connect or Apple Health)

This AI system is self-hosted and operates on SihatAI's secure internal infrastructure using Ollama.

• Health data (blood pressure, blood glucose, SpO2, heart rate, blood type)

3.3 No Third-Party Sharing

Your data is not sent, shared, or transmitted to any third-party AI services. All processing occurs within SihatAI's own secure systems.

3.4 User Consent

You will be asked to provide explicit consent before your data is processed by the AI system. You may withdraw this consent at any time through the app settings. If consent is withdrawn, the AI recommendation feature will be disabled and no further data will be processed.

4. Data Retention

SihatAI retains user data only for as long as necessary to provide the app's functionality.

• Health data stored locally remains on the user's device unless explicitly synced
• If data is stored on our servers, it is retained only while the user account is active or until deletion is requested
• We do not retain health data longer than necessary for the stated purposes

5. Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data and may request deletion at any time:

• Locally stored data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app
