Delete your SihatAI account
You can request account deletion even if you have uninstalled the app. We will verify the request using your registered email.
In the app
Open SihatAI → Profile → Delete Account. This is the fastest option if the app is still installed.
On this page
Submit the form with the email used to register. We will process deletion after we verify it is your account.
Email us
Use the subject “SihatAI account deletion” and include your registered email.
What we delete
After we verify your registered email, we delete the SihatAI account and associated app data (profile, meals, medical reports, health logs, and in-app notifications). We aim to complete this within 30 days.
We may keep payment, tax, legal, or security records as described in the Privacy Policy. Residual copies in backups expire with those backups.
